Elementary Learning Community 3rd-5th

Students continue building reading and writing fluency, and apply foundational math skills acquired in previous grades to more complex concepts. Writing becomes more advanced as they write research papers and use evidence to support their ideas. Students further develop their independence and academic behaviors as they prepare for middle school.

Ms. Angela Olson

3rd Grade Teacher

Elementary (3-5)

This is my 5th year at Saint Mary School. I want to guide students in being problem solvers and critical thinkers ready to accomplish whatever they want to achieve in the world, and become life-long learners.

Mrs. Suzanne Moser

5th Grade Teacher

Elementary (3-5)

In my 2nd year, I want to give students a safe, supportive space where they feel valued and capable. The community of SMS is top notch. I want my students to be kind, empathetic, respectable people.

Mrs. Catherine Wenzel

4th Grade Teacher

Elementary (3-5)

I have been part of SMS for 8 years as a parent and 4.5 years as a teacher. I teach to share my joy and passion for learning, and I love the families—especially the students! What I want most is for my students to become confident, lifelong learners filled with joy and faith.
