FLYER STANDARDS
We are more than happy to assist groups in advertising to the school membership. All such documents must be approved first by the school principal. Submit such flyers and documentation to school@stmarybg.org. To be considered for publishing, all documents must be sent in as a pdf document. All documents must be in good taste for the K-8 audience. Flyers must contain contact information so as to route questions to the appropriate group. The preferred contact is the Saint Mary Parish assigned email account, however the Principal can decide if a phone number is more appropriate. Saint Mary School reserves the right to alter, delete, or reject the flyer with or without cause at any time.
